Perfect location for food, shopping, beach, immersed in Poblenou. Lovely rooftop deck with pool and bar. Helpful staff, surprise birthday treats. Lovely breakfast with variety and fresh juices. a lovely experience.

The sea view from our room was amazing, offering a stunning natural scenery. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The food at the hotel was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The view from the sky level on the 24th floor was indescribable, a must-see for anyone staying at the hotel.
That the air conditioning in the rooms couldn't be adjusted and the windows couldn't be opened. However, overall it felt cosy and there was no reason to complain.

The service we received at the 5-star level was great, with friendly and accommodating staff. The complimentary food and snacks in the Cielos bar were a pleasant surprise. The hotel had a nice design and lovely rooms, and the pool was a great addition.
The checkout process was a bad experience, as the front desk refused to provide an invoice. The breakfast was also disappointing, and the prices for drinks and minibar items were quite high.

We loved staying here because of its location in a calm and peaceful area of town, not far from the beaches in Poblenou. The service was exceptional with friendly staff and reliable housekeeping. We also enjoyed the option to upgrade to the top floor for snacks and drinks throughout the day. the hotel's location made it easy to access the metro system for exploring the city.

We felt welcomed upon arrival with a pleasant lobby and lovely design. The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and a fine view of a famous landmark. The breakfast was superb, with fresh and tasty food served daily. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and walking distance to the beach. The staff was perfect, offering helpful assistance and even providing suggestions for hidden gems in the city.
